On Silence

It is the deafening scream of the soul inside of you, the loneliness, the miserable history and thousands of nights spent which all together amount to just deep dark silence of a kind.

Silence when you are accused of things you never did. Silence when you hurt badly but cannot say a word for no one really cares if you hurt or not.

Silence when there is injustice.

Silence when you are not given a chance.

Silence when you are rejected without fair consideration. Injustice again. Silence again.

And yes of course the inevitable silence when conversation causes discord between two hearts – for one is ripped open mercilessly to keep a third intact!!

Silence after the storm has passed, destructed the once beautiful of a life.

And then again there is the silence before an impending disaster where we turn our back to an all encompassing grueling battle against time.

However all’s not lost, Silence also accompanies peace. Bliss to have found what let’s you be unperturbed and honest.

Silence to just ‘BE’ is truly silence to me.
